Customer Complaints Procedure

If there are issues relating to our service, and you would like to make a complaint, please contact us at or telephone 01702 560100.

Please give as much detail as possible. If there is evidence of the complaint, please include this. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will arrange for the appropriate person to investigate and respond to your complaint.

We will:

  • Acknowledge all written complaints within five working days.
  • Investigate the details of a complaint and take appropriate action at each stage of the investigation.
  • Resolve to complete investigations into complaints within 31 days of receipt and to respond within that time scale.
